www.styluck.co is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.
At www.styluck.co we offer a 30-days return or exchange policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return, subject to the terms below, most items bought from www.styluck.co.
Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme CAN NOT be exchanged.
Regardless of the purchase period/type, although unlikely, in case that the merchandise you bought from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the delivered merchandise is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise, provided it is in an unused condition, in its original package along with original tags. Returns/ exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
You may return merchandise to us using the following ways:
Most merchandise is returnable to www.styluck.co. To check whether the item can be returned please contact our customer care on +974-77079920 or send an email to info@styluck.co.
Note we will not be able to return merchandises which are not accompanied by the receipt.
Prior to accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at (+974-77079920) or e-mail us at info@styluck.co mentioning your order reference number. We will replace the delivered item at the earliest at no additional charges.
If you return any merchandise which is delivered to you in damaged condition and we are not able to replace the merchandise due to stock availability, we will refund the shipping charges for that merchandise. Otherwise, the replacement merchandise will be shipped at no additional charges.
Returns/Exchange through courier collection
Exchanges through courier collection shall only be done, for merchandise with the same price as the merchandise being returned. You may indicate clearly the replacement merchandise requested and our Customer Care will confirm, if the merchandise is available in the stock and whether the exchange can be made.
The refund against a return request made to customer support, and collected by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original receipt.
After the merchandise is received by www.styluck.co and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise, we shall process a refund/exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the merchandise. In case of Cancellation, Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholders credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder's credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholders credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholders issuing bank.
Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy
www.styluck.co may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of www.styluck.co would be the final decision. Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on www.styluck.co. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
